The mission of my Gold Award project is to break down barriers in hands-on engineering by empowering girls with the skills and confidence to use power tools. By challenging stereotypes and making technical knowledge accessible, I aim to create a future where girls feel just as capable and encouraged to pursue STEM. Through workshops, instructional videos, and online resources, my project provides a supportive space for learning, proving that tools—and the opportunities they unlock—are for everyone.
